01 / AI estate
Every controlled system, in one governed view.
A target system inventory associates agent sources, approved references, proposed changes and unresolved coverage. The sample below is invented for demonstration.
| AI system | Native source | Reference | Candidate state |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit Review Assistant | Custom / orchestration | v2 approved | v3 proposed |
| Claims Review Agent | LangGraph · illustrative | Reference recorded | Shared tool impact |
| Copilot Service Desk | Microsoft · illustrative | Declared | Shared tool impact |
Selected change: Shared tool authority. This example does not query Microsoft, LangGraph or any external estate.
All records and values in this workspace are website-authored design examples. No external requests or approvals are performed.
Follow the dependency
Which assurance paths are affected?
Inspect how a model, permission or tool change reaches a control and its supporting evaluation or evidence.
Credit Review Assistant / v2 → v3
Inspect an assurance impact path
Select one proposed component change. Follow it to the affected control, evidence, next action and reviewer.

Model-quality benchmark result
- 03Required action
Rerun the model-quality evaluation against the candidate configuration.
- 04Review owner (illustrative)
AI platform / assurance owner
The model used by the candidate differs from the approved reference. The baseline evaluation alone cannot establish that the new model meets the same requirement.
Decision remains pending
An impact result is not an approval. All mappings and statuses here are authored examples, not live connector outputs.
Evidence validity
Preserve, revalidate or review.
An unaffected check is not the same as a newly passed evaluation. Unknown dependencies require explicit attention.
02 / Minimum revalidation proposal
Retain proof by dependency, not convenience.
Filter illustrative evidence consequences and inspect why each previous result is retained, reopened or unresolved.
Evidence decision context
REVALIDATEPrimary model revision
- Control
- Model quality threshold
- Previous evidence
- Earlier benchmark bound to the approved model configuration
- Minimum next action
- Rerun the relevant quality benchmark on the candidate model
- Review owner (illustrative)
- Evaluation owner + governance reviewer
Model revision invalidates reliance on its previous quality result. The rest of the system does not automatically become stale.
Counts describe five authored examples, not a customer evaluation or measured reduction in audit effort. Retention remains subject to real dependency and evidence verification; no automatic approval occurs.
Human decision boundary
Make the next decision explainable.
Reviewer tasks and candidate assessments are not completed approvals. Trace the outstanding work back to the accepted baseline.
04 / Explainable lineage
Reconstruct why a candidate cannot be approved yet.
Follow each record boundary from an accepted reference through the unresolved candidate decision.

A pilot validates source access, authority, evidence semantics and review requirements in an agreed environment. These sample interactions do not complete real actions.
