This notice describes the current public Steerlane website. It does not describe future customer deployments, product data processing, or enterprise agreements that have not yet been implemented.

Current website
What the site does today.
The public website provides product and company information together with live pilot-inquiry, meeting-scheduling, and professional-email contact channels.
Pilot inquiry form
Visitors can submit pilot inquiries through the Steerlane website. The form collects name, work email, company, role, production stage, and AI system context so Steerlane can evaluate and respond to the inquiry.
Meeting scheduling
Visitors can use a Google Calendar booking page to schedule a Steerlane conversation. Information submitted through that booking flow is processed by Google Workspace according to the configured scheduling service.
Professional email contact
Visitors can contact Steerlane through a company-managed Google Workspace email address. Information submitted by email is processed as necessary to respond to the message and continue the relevant business conversation.
Inquiry processing
Pilot inquiry submissions are processed through Steerlane's hosted website infrastructure and company-managed Google Workspace services, including Google Sheets for inquiry records and email for internal notification and follow-up.
Website analytics
Steerlane uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and page usage. Analytics are used to improve the public website and are not used for behavioral advertising.
Technical information
Basic request data may be processed to deliver the site.
As with most websites, hosting and network infrastructure may process technical request information needed to serve, operate, and protect the website.
Infrastructure processing
Depending on the production hosting configuration, technical information such as request metadata, browser information, network information, or error logs may be processed by hosting or network providers as part of normal website operation.
No current advertising use
Steerlane does not currently use the public website for behavioral advertising or sell website visitor data to advertisers.
Future updates
The notice will change as additional website services go live.
We will update this page before enabling additional website functions that materially change how visitor information is collected or processed.

Product data
This website privacy notice does not define how Steerlane would process customer AI system data, evidence, or enterprise production information. Those obligations should be defined separately in the relevant pilot, security, deployment, and commercial agreements.
